Event Details

Aims of the Event:

To raise awareness of Child Sexual Exploitation; including the use of tools that support methodical and systematic approaches to improve understanding of vulnerability and risk. To build greater competence and ability in the identification, assessment, analysis and management of needs and risk when working with children and young people who may be involved in, or at risk of, child sexual exploitation.

Session objectives:

· To raise awareness of guidance and tools through which practitioners can work more confidently with identification, assessment, intervention and responses to child sexual exploitation.
· To help practitioners establish a common language and culture of practice around considerations of child sexual exploitation.
